- Food & Alcohol: Outside food and alcohol are prohibited in our restaurant premises.

Silent Estate
‘The Manor’ at Auramah Valley, is a Silent Estate!
We encourage people who want to live amidst the Silence of Nature. Loud noise, loud music, and parties are things that we do not encourage within our property.
House Policies & Regulations:
- Guests must provide photo ID proofs for all members of their travelling group when confirming the reservation via email.
- Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child under 12 years.
- The standard check-in time: is 2:00 PM and check-out time: 12:00 PM. Late check-out/early check-in is subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for securing valuables. 'The Manor' is not liable for missing items.
- Guests must handle amenities and equipment with care and respect.
- Damages will be charged directly to the guest's account and settled before checkout.
- Guests may be required to deposit INR 15,000 for incidental charges at check-in.
- Housekeeping maintains cleanliness once daily. Occupants are responsible at other times.
- Guests are encouraged to use our laundry facility.
- Dedicated parking is provided - use assigned parking areas.
- The clubhouse facility will be charged at a nominal cost.
- Stags/groups of boys are not allowed on our property.
- The use of hookah is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
- We value all our team members and consider them part of our family. We strongly discourage using inappropriate language or behaviour by guests while engaging with our team members. In case of any objections, guests may connect with our operations manager to discuss any such issues or write to the management directly.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel for free before 5 Days of arrival, after that 50% of the total room rate will be charged, if not then the full amount will be charged to the guest. If you are coming with the driver, we can provide meals at minimum charges in the staff cafeteria but we don't have any arrangements to accommodate them.
